Shipping costs

• Germany: €3.99
• For orders over €100.00, shipping within Germany is free.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after receipt of payment.

Should there be any delays, the customer will be informed immediately.

Important shipping information

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or non-collection from the shipping service provider and is returned to us, the costs for a new shipment may be charged to the customer.
