1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders and contracts concluded between the seller and the customer via the Kenvor online shop. Any conflicting or deviating conditions of the customer shall not apply unless their validity has been expressly agreed to in writing.
1.2 These GTC apply to both consumers and entrepreneurs.
1.3 A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
1.4 An entrepreneur within the meaning of these GTC is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
1.5 The subject matter of the contract can – depending on the seller's product description – be either the purchase of goods by means of a one-time delivery or the purchase of goods by means of a continuous delivery (hereinafter "subscription contract"). In the case of a subscription contract, the seller undertakes to deliver the contractually owed goods to the customer for the duration of the agreed contract term at the contractually owed time intervals.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an non-binding presentation.
2.2 By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
2.3 The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed or the goods are shipped.

3. Right of Withdrawal

5.3 If a product is not available, the customer will be informed immediately.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Kenvor until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty and Liability

7.2 Kenvor. is liable without limitation for intent or gross negligence.
7.3 For simple negligence, Kenvor. is only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
9.2 Insofar as legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Germany.
10. Returns
10.1 Returns must be made within the statutory withdrawal period.
10.2 Products must be in unused and original condition.
10.3 The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
10.4 After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
11. Personalized Products
11.1 Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
11.2 Personalized products include, in particular, products with individual designs, names, or customer-specific adjustments.
12. Vouchers and Discount Codes
12.1 Discount codes and promotional vouchers can only be redeemed within the specified period.
12.2 Cash payment of vouchers is excluded.
12.3 Only one discount code can be used per order.
13. Digital Content and Product Presentation
13.1 Product images are for illustration purposes only.
13.2 Color deviations between the screen display and the actual product may occur due to technical reasons.
14. Force Majeure
Kenvor. is not liable for delivery delays or failures to perform caused by force majeure, in particular natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or official measures.
15. Final Provisions
15.1 Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
15.2 Amendments or additions to these GTC require written form.

16.2 The seller reserves the right to change or remove content, products, or functions of the website at any time.
16.3 The customer undertakes not to disseminate unlawful content via the website.
17. Copyright and Trademark Rights

19. Delivery Delays
19.1 Delivery times may be extended due to high demand, production delays, or logistical problems.
19.2 The customer will be informed of significant delivery delays.
20. Refunds
20.1 Refunds will be processed exclusively using the original payment method.
20.2 Shipping costs will only be refunded to the extent legally required.
20.3 Refunds can only be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
21. Damaged or Defective Goods
21.1 If a product is delivered damaged or defective, the customer is obliged to contact the seller immediately.
21.2 Visual evidence may be required to process the complaint.
21.3 After inspection, a replacement delivery or refund may be issued.

24.1 All offers are valid only while supplies last.
24.2 If a product is permanently unavailable, Kenvor. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
24.3 Payments already made will be fully refunded in this case.

25.2 Despite all security measures, complete security of data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed.

27. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
27.1 Kenvor. reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or abuse.

28. Shipping Risk
28.1 For consumers, the shipping risk passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.
28.2 For entrepreneurs, the risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the shipping company.
29. International Deliveries
29.1 For international deliveries, additional customs duties or import fees may apply.
29.2 These costs are to be borne by the customer.
29.3 Kenvor. has no influence on foreign customs procedures or import regulations.

40.1 If the customer refuses to accept the goods without a valid reason, Kenvor. may claim reimbursement for incurred costs.
40.2 Already incurred shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

41.1 The customer is obliged to check the goods immediately upon receipt for completeness and obvious defects.
41.2 Obvious damages should be reported promptly to enable quick processing.
